April’s Communion Offering will be cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, ect. for Family Promise in Hunterdon.

The months of January and February we collected over 1,400 diapers and incontinence products! We also asked for donations of gift cards or cash for Meals on Wheels.

Also in February, the Girl Scouts helped out members of our congregation in front of Bishops Supermarket for another very successful food drive. Hundreds of dollars’ worth of food and monetary donations were split between Starfish and Loaves of Love food pantries.

March was a busy month collecting hygiene products, and holding a clothing drive on two separate Saturdays as well as an indoor Easter egg hunt.

We felt the rain dampened the first clothing give away event, and while we helped out a handful of people in need, we definitely helped many more people the following Saturday with approximately 50 people coming and also donating back to us approximately 170.00 in cash.

There will be a meeting held in the sanctuary for other churches, temples, and mosques to get information on becoming a part of this exciting non-profit on April 28th at 1:30pm.

The sneaker drive has ended. The plastic bag collection is starting up again.

We are no longer collecting pens/markers/mechanical pencils for recycling. We are now collecting Brita Water filters.

We are still collecting razors, swifter, Burts Bees, and Bic products. Please do not put plastic in black trash bags. Thank you.
