October Communion Offering

The special Communion Offering on Communion Sunday, October 2nd has been designated for contribution to the “Take a Look – Pass a Book” project. “Take a Look, Pass a Book” was an idea to take unwanted, used childrens’ books and send them to schools in countries around the world that are in need. Today, thanks to the outreach here in our church community from this year’s Jungle Adventure Vacation Bible School 2011, we now have over 200 books that are ready to go to new homes.  Please help by making any dollar amount donation in helping pay the cost of shipping for these books.  Let us spread the joy of reading to children all over the world in a blessed way.  Thank you for your support and prayers for our ministry!
